VILLA LAYOUT
This stone villa surrounded by Mediterranean plants will give you a sense of intimacy and ambiance in which upper-class citizens of this town used to live in. You are only a few minutes walking distance from Pile gate, the main entrance to the Old Town and a nice ten- minute walk through a pine forest to Danče or Šulić beaches. The Villa was built in 1930s by a wealthy family from Dubrovnik and comprises 400 m2 divided into two floors with terraces. The large ground floor terrace is immersed in lush Mediterranean vegetation and provides an ideal combination of sun and shade, inspiring with a sense of gentle warmth. Spacious stone terrace on the upper floor, sunny from sunrise to sunset, offers great views of the Old Town and the Fort of St. Lawrence (Lovrijenac). The ground floor features two suites with private bathrooms, a large joint salon with a toilette, and a completely furnished kitchen. The upper floor of the house features three suites with their own bathrooms, two of which have an exit onto the large sunny terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned and wi-fi signal is available in each one. Villa Mediteran can accommodate a total of 10 + 2 persons on extra beds.

DESTINATIONS
DANČE BEACH/ 350 m
Danče beach is situated on the rocky and open part of the coast, 10 minutes away from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Very popular with locals, it is also the oldest beach in the town of Dubrovnik. The sea at Danče beach is deep, clean and a bit colder than at other beaches around Dubrovnik. Considering that the beach stretches towards the open sea, it is not recommended for children and inexperienced swimmers.
ŠULIĆ BEACH/PENATUR / 350 m
Penatur is very small pebble beach in a beautiful bay. On one side of the bay is the castle fort Lovrijenac, and the other park Gradac. The sea in the bay is crystal clear and has a beautiful blue color.
BANJE BEACH/ 900 m
Banje beach is the most popular beach in Dubrovnik and one of the most beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean. The beach offers beautiful views of the Old Town, the City Walls and the island of Lokrum. Everybody will be able to find something for themselves on the beach. Apart from the crystal blue sea, a wide spectrum of amenities is available to Banje beach guests, including beach chairs, jet-skis, parachutes, water skiing, etc.
